2. Service Engagement & Payments

• Quotations: All quotes are provided in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are valid for 30 days.
• Deposits: A commitment fee/deposit (typically 70%) is required before the commencement of any creative or strategic work.
• Balance: Final payment is due upon approval of deliverables or as dictated by the specific campaign contract.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, high-resolution brand assets (unless design is part of the contract), and timely feedback. Axisora Concepts is not liable for delays caused by the late submission of materials from the client side.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Axisora Concepts, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our advertising services, whether such liability is under contract or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, the performance of third-party platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Google.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lagos State for the resolution of any disputes.
